I was lucky enough to meet a hypnotherapist who was able to help me understand myself and find my own resources. In the course of this quest, hypnotherapy emerged as an approach in harmony with my desire to accompany others. Coming from an arts and design background, I use my empathy and creativity to adapt to each individual's reality.

Why choose hypnosis?
Therapeutic hypnosis gives you access to an altered state of consciousness, a natural state that facilitates the link with your unconscious. In this state, it's easier to change automatisms, beliefs or emotional reactions that are holding you back.
Hypnosis helps you bypass mental resistance to integrate suggestions aligned with your goals: reducing stress, sleeping better, boosting confidence, overcoming fears and phobias, releasing emotions and beliefs that hold you back and more.
How it works
First meeting
The aim is to create a climate of trust and to understand your needs and challenges. Together, we'll develop a personalized therapeutic plan. Part of the session is also devoted to demystifying hypnosis.
The hypnosis session
I accompany you into a state of deep relaxation. Then, using hypnotic language, your unconscious receives positive suggestions in line with your goals. At the end of the session, you are gently returned to your conscious state.
The following meetings
Subsequent appointments allow us to take stock of your situation, evaluate the results obtained and continue the personalized therapeutic plan.
Rates
55-minute meeting at $135. In person in Montreal or virtually anywhere in Quebec.
Insurance
Naturopathic receipts available. We recommend that you check with your insurance company to ensure that you are covered.
Cancellation
Please notify us 24 hours in advance. A $60 fee may apply for late cancellations.

Yes, the vast majority of people are receptive to hypnosis. However, the degree of receptivity can vary from person to person, and some may enter a hypnotic state more easily than others.
It's important to stress that the depth of the trance has nothing to do with the therapeutic effectiveness of the suggestions. The important thing is to unlock the mind through an altered state of consciousness.

No, if you don't agree with a suggestion, it simply won't have any impact on you, and your mind will reject it.
